About SEVCON GEN4
Kit Elec Shop offers you the full range of SEVCON BORGWARNER GEN4 three-phase controllers for low-voltage three-phase motors.
In September 2017, the Sevcon company was acquired by the BorgWarner company.
SEVCON BORGWARNER GEN4 series inverters are three-phase low-voltage, from 24VDC to 120VDC, and high-current, from 275A to 650A AC.
SEVCON GEN4 drives are suitable for all types of low-voltage three-phase motors: asynchronous motors or Flux Vector Motors and permanent-magnet synchronous motors or PMSM motors.
What's more, SEVCON GEN4 controllers support the 3 most common types of encoder, namely A/B type encoders for asynchronous motors, U/V/W type encoders for synchronous PMSM motors and Sinus-Cosinus encoders for synchronous PMSM motors.
They are indispensable for controlling the motors required for your electric vehicle projects.
