This is a low-voltage motor running on batteries from 24VDC to 144VDC.

It features a ME2114 sin/cos encoder and is compatible with all SEVCON GEN4 series controllers.

It fits in well with electric vehicle projects, thanks to its compatibility with COMEX differential gearboxes for TWIZY 45 or TWIZY 80.

For example, with a power supply from a 48V DC battery, the nominal speed of the ME2401 motor is around 2400 rpm. This speed can be increased with the SEVCON GEN4 controllers, which offer the option of motor defluxing.
